Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I Need an Appointment Before Coming In?

No appointment is required—walk-ins are always welcome! For your first test, we recommend arriving at least one hour before closing to allow enough time for registration and the testing process.

If you have any questions before coming in, please feel free to contact First Class Testing. Our team is happy to assist you.

  • What Do I Need to Bring for My First Test?

For your first testing appointment, please bring the following:

    • A valid photo ID

    • Payment for the testing service

    • Your referral paperwork or court order, including any required testing instructions

Having these items available will help ensure a smooth and efficient testing process.

  • What Do I Do If I Miss a Test?

If you miss a scheduled test, contact your court or probation officer as soon as possible to report the missed test and ask whether they would like you to complete a volunteer test.

You may come to First Class Testing the following day to complete a volunteer test; however, acceptance of a makeup test is determined by the court or supervising authority. Completing a volunteer test does not guarantee that the missed test will be excused or replaced.
